The Orlando Counseling Center for Children, Families and Adults P.A. is proud to announce the commencement of limited services in Manhattan.
Initial services will be limited to providing first responder psycho trauma interventions in the event of national emergencies. For further information, Contact Frank Fine at 407-252-3644
Frank has recently become licensed to provide mental health services in New York as well as Florida.
